U.S. President Donald Trump unveiled sweeping new import tariffs affecting Canada in a series of late-night posts on social media.
He said tariffs would be levied on everything, from trucks to furniture, claiming that the U.S was being flooded with foreign goods.
There would also be a 100 per cent levy on pharmaceuticals, starting Oct. 1.
