CINCINNATI—Spurred by the aftermath of a street brawl that went viral where two people were brutally attacked by multiple men and women, and concerns about crime in Cincinnati, Ohio, Republican gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy co-hosted a town hall on Aug. 4.

Ramaswamy, shared the stage with Christopher Smitherman, the former Cincinnati vice mayor and former president of the Cincinnati National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) who organized the event.
