At least 34 arrests, ranging from terroristic threats to assault, were made during what some are calling the “mostly peaceful” nationwide “No Kings” protests Saturday, reports say.
Millions of demonstrators filled the streets of major U.S. cities to protest President Donald Trump and his administration, according to multiple reports. Most of the violence broke out near Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities, a frequent target for left-wing unrest and threats since midsummer. David Cox of New York was charged Friday night with making terroristic threats and threatening mass harm after allegedly telling a gas station employee he planned to firebomb ICE agents at the protest, ABC 7 News reported.

Three people were arrested outside an ICE facility in Portland, a longtime hotspot for Antifa and anti-ICE demonstrations, bringing the total number of protest-related arrests there to more than 50 since June, according to a Portland Police Department statement.
Police said a 27-year-old man was charged with fourth-degree assault and harassment after allegedly pushing and injuring a female protester. Two women were also arrested — one for assault, the other for harassment and second-degree bias crime — after a fight broke out when one used anti-trans language, the statement said.
Fifteen more arrests were made near an ICE facility in Broadview, Illinois, outside Chicago, where most occurred after protesters ignored final dispersal orders, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.
The Times reported 11 misdemeanor counts of resisting arrest, three arrests for disobeying a police officer, and one for disorderly conduct.
In Los Angeles, police said at least one person was arrested after roughly 100 agitators used “lasers and industrial size flashing lights … against officers and the pilot of an LAPD airship,” according to a police statement.
However, video obtained by ABC 7 News showed several more people being detained and loaded onto buses.

Several arrests were made in Denver after officers declared the march an unlawful assembly and ordered the crowd to disperse when protesters tried to enter the interstate, the Denver Police Department wrote in a statement.
By the end of the night, 13 people had been arrested on charges including resisting arrest, destruction of public property, throwing objects, second-degree assault, and carrying an unlawful weapon, the Denver Post reported.
A man in Kent, Ohio, was arrested after allegedly shoving a woman while carrying a gun, according to the Akron Beacon Journal.
The Trump administration has led a nationwide crackdown on Antifa and other violent left-wing groups, though it remains unclear whether any of these arrests are connected to those organizations.
