HBO host Bill Maher confronted the sudden silence from college activists during Friday’s “Real Time with Bill Maher” as Hamas kills Palestinians in Gaza.

Maher asked guest Mark Cuban about the disappearance of “keffiyeh-wearing college kids” now that Hamas is “shooting everybody.” “Where are the protesters?” Maher said. “Suddenly, the keffiyeh-wearing college kids are very quiet.” Cuban agreed, responding “shooting everybody.” Maher repeated the phrase.

The remarks follow months of student demonstrations that swept American campuses. Protesters chanted anti-Israel slogans and clashed with police. Hundreds faced arrest. Critics argued their Palestinian support crossed from anti-war activism into backing Hamas. (RELATED: Hamas Launches Murderous Attacks Against Rivals In Gaza City After Peace Deal)

Federal authorities investigated several students for terror group connections. President Donald Trump repeatedly demanded visa revocations for foreign students who support Hamas.

Recent footage shows Hamas fighters executing Palestinians in Gaza City’s main square. Reuters reported Hamas killed at least 33 people in recent days after agreeing to a truce with Israel.

Trump addressed the killings Thursday on Truth Social. “If Hamas continues to kill people in Gaza, which was not the deal, we will have no choice but to go in and kill them,” he wrote.

Maher called out the “asymmetry of what goes on” and slammed protesters for their silence after months of vocal demonstrations.

The comedian previously labeled elite American universities “indoctrination factories” in August, claiming they had become anti-American.
