A 31-year-old man was stabbed to death during a clash with a stranger at a Queens strip joint over the weekend, cops and law-enforcement sources said.

Joshua Davis of Brooklyn was knifed in the torso during a fight with a fellow patron inside SWEETS of NY on Sutphin Boulevard near 94th Avenue in Jamaica around 1:50 a.m. Sunday, they said.

Footage reviewed by investigators shows the two men arguing across the bar before the fight turned physical, sources said.

Security workers at the club — apparently unaware that anyone had been stabbed — ended up booting the assailant from the night spot, and he took off in a black vehicle.

Shortly after, a bloodied Davis stumbled outside, “visibly showing the results of his injury,” and collapsed on the sidewalk, according to sources.

Police arrived on scene and began to tend to the ailing victim before responding EMS workers rushed him to Jamaica University Hospital Medical Center, where he died, the sources said.

The stabber had not been caught by Tuesday, cops said.

The circumstances leading up to the deadly clash were not immediately known.
